Sustainability
This primarily concerns our company’s way of doing business, which involves ensuring that operations are conducted in a profitable manner. If the company is not profitable, it will not be sustainable in the long term and therefore cannot contribute to improving society. Secondly, it concerns the ethics the company claims to operate by and how these are upheld. This applies not only to our own business ethics (internal ethics) but also to how we interact with others (external ethics) and what policies and guidelines we require our subcontractors to follow.
You can read more about these three aspects under our core values. This can include reasonable working hours (for the past 40 years, we have worked 35-hour weeks), ensuring employees thrive in the workplace, supporting initiatives like Stafettvasan, and providing wellness benefits. However, it also concerns our service products, i.e., guaranteeing that we comply with the agreements we have with clients, as well as the laws and regulations we adhere to in our roles as auditors, accounting consultants, and advisors.

Environmental Responsibility
This involves the company acting in an environmentally sustainable manner in the long term, both internally and externally (the direct or indirect impact of operations on the environment). This means minimizing printouts from our printers, sending as little mail as possible, and using the latest software to help our clients become as digital as possible.
Social Responsibility
The company’s social responsibility can be divided into internal and external social responsibility. Internal social responsibility means ensuring that individual employees have a good working environment from both physical and psychological perspectives. To achieve this, the company is responsible for ensuring a healthy balance between different genders, ages, ethnicities, and religions in the workplace (a benchmark is that the mix should reflect the general population). No group should feel discriminated against or excluded in any way, which can happen if consideration is not given to different people speaking different languages, having different customs, or having disabilities. External social responsibility includes ensuring that different client groups are also not discriminated against. Nowadays, it also involves contributing to the improvement of the communities where the company operates in various ways. This can be manifested, for example, by allowing employees to volunteer during working hours, where we, for instance, work with Hemlösa.se.
